At present people pay much attention on how to inspire employee's Work Motivation. So Work Motivation usually is translated to Work Inspiration. But they are different: Work Inspiration emphasizes particularly on how to manoeuvre people's go-aheadism, and Work Motivation is the Work Inspiration's mental foundation and gist.The so-called Work Motivation is created by the reciprocity of immanent need and exterior inducement. It's a structure, which decide the beginning, direction, intensity and durative impetus of the interrelated work behaviors directly.This research is based on the literature searches, moreover, we carry through four questionnaires, including open questionnaire, beforehand questionnaire and formal questionnaire (twice), facing to all-level employees in many Guangdong enterprises. The collected data are made frequency analyse, exploration factor anlyse, correlation analyse, regression analyse, variation analyse, etc. And we also discuss the reliability and validity of the research results. The results indicate the following things.(1) The Work Motivation of the employees in Guangdong enterprises is a six-dimension structure, including survival, excess, connection, study accumulation, recognition and work itself.(2) The Work Motivation and its dimensionalities of the employees in Guangdong enterprises present remarkable correlation with the work satisfaction. Among the six dimensionalities, survival and excess forecast the work satisfaction at a remarkable level; connection, study accumulation, recognition and work itself affect the work satisfaction at a low level.(3) The Work Motivation dimensionalities of the employees in Guangdong enterprises have remarkable differences in age, education background, marriage status, position, length of service, payment level, kind of organization, payment's punctuality, family scale and domestic economy status. But it has no remarkable differences in gender.
