New generation employees have a different perspective in values, occupation choice and work stability comparing to the older generations. It is a question that how does a company can attract, train and keep the new generations and how to improve the performance of new generations based on effective management. Scholars studied the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, work values and job satisfaction. This thesis intends to analyze the influential factors to the work stability of new generation of BSH Group. Firstly, this thesis will go over and elaborate all the previous documents related to work value, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work stability, then will analyze all the collected data in SPSS, and give some management advices to the company in the end.According to the analysis result of questionnaire data, a significant correlation among work values, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work stability has been found. Meanwhile, different gender, age, working age, marital status and educational qualifications will lead to different above-mentioned factors in level. In addition, we also obtain a result that the job satisfaction and organizational commitment will be a partial intermediate factors between work values and work stability.
