Research On Institutional Supply For The Independent Innovation Of Enterprise

Since the reform and opening to the outside world in 1980s, based on the hard work of workers throughout the country, China has exported a lot of high quality and inexpensive "Made in China" to European and American countries. We got favorable balance of trade for certain years at the cost of our natural resources, human resources and district environment, but we didn't obtain high profit. The reason is that we didn't have our own core technology. When we turn over to think about our activities in the past, we realize the importance of independent innovation. The academic circle pays much attention to this subject all the time. The research on institution has always been an important part that the academic circle attaches importance to during analysis of independent innovation. Many scholars provided advice about institutional supply for independent innovation. Based on the study of other scholars and the six generation of innovation model, here this essay is to put forward a kind of institutional supply model combined the macroscopic and microscopic aspects of enterprise independent innovation. Taking ACRE Coking and Refractory Engineering Corporation, Ltd. as an example, this essay further analyzes the reason for the failure of institutional supply model and provides countermeasures.This essay consists of six chapters. In the first chapter "Introduction", the theme of this essay and evaluation to the former research findings are put forward. The analysis method and innovative points are also made clear on this basis. In the second chapter "Definition of independent innovation and institution", it not only explains the definition, essence, features and relationship between technology innovation and independent innovation, but also explains in detail the connotation, constitutes, and utility of institution and its role in enterprise independent innovation. In the third chapter "Analysis of institution condition in enterprise independent innovation model", it puts forward the enterprise independent innovation model combined with the six generation of innovation model, following the guidance of which the internal and external conditions for enterprise independent innovation are analyzed. In the forth chapter "Institution supply model for company independent innovation", with the consideration of the internal and external conditions, the institution supply model is put forward from macroscopic institution and microscopic institution. It also analyses popularizing opportunity of this institution and why it failed and how to solve it. In the fifth chapter "Example analysis-institution supply for ACRE'S independent innovation", taking ACRE as an example, this essay makes a study of its independent innovation system model, and also reveals the institution dilemma of this enterprise and analyzes its executive force. In the last chapter "Conclusion", it gives the conclusion of institution supply for enterprise independent innovation, and indicates what will be in depth research.
