Study On The Improvement Of Aquatic Products Quality And Safety

Being one of China's important aquatic producing and export trading province, Zhejiang's export volume of aquatic products is consistently ranked among the top five in China.In last few years, along with the development of trade liberalism,many developed country present various trade barriers,which is for the sake of protecting ecological environment as well as the health of human beings, it leads to the exports collapse of aquatic products frequently, and the reduces reputation and competitiveness of our exporting fishery products. From a series of exports collapse events, we can see the biggest obstacle of aquatic products exit because aquatic product has something wrong with the quality, for example, the index exceeded colony and excessive pesticide residues. Therefore, to promote sustainable development of Zhejiang's export trade of aquatic products, it has become the top priority to improve fishery product quality and safety and establish a consummate quality control system for it. The main causes of the quality problems are that the aquaculture source have security risks,owing to the many fishery products company carry out the self-examine system incompletely, and it leads to failure to find the problem about quality safety of aquatic products before them being sent to market, causing fishery product block encountered, it is no time to delay urging enterprises to taken steps to quality and safety management of fishery product and set up complete self-examine system.Based on the achieve incomes of a great deal of literatures,this paper analysis status and constraints of quality and security of Zhejiang's export fishery product,put forward to the importance and necessity for enterprises implementing self-examine system to improve aquatic products quality and safety, analysis the major items of enterprises implementing self-examine system. On that basis, this paper uses Mars model to analyze the influencing factors of enterprises implementing self-examine system. Then on the basis of field investigation data and information of 64 marine-culture export enterprises in Zhoushan,Ningbo,Wenzhou and Taizhou of Zhejiang Province, this paper applies both theoretical and empirical methods to analyze the influencing factors of marine-culture export enterprises implementing self-examine system,the results show that improve product quality, increase customers'satisfaction, increase profitability, enterprise scale, quality system authentication and export methods have a marked impact of carrying out self-examine system of enterprises, the uncertainty in the export market and peer competition are negatively correlated with carrying out self-examine system of enterprises.According to the study findings, the main policy implications of this research are as follows:Firstly, a perfect law and regulation system; Secondly, a consummate test and detection system; Thirdly, increases policy support strength, improve the overall level of service; Fourthly, enhance the good interactive of government,enterprises and industry organizations.
