In recent years,with the rapid development of enterprise information technology,ERP system as an advanced enterprise management tool,it gradually becomes enterprises key instrument to improve the management level and the core competitiveness. During business is facing greater competition in production areas and marketing getting difficult to enlarge its profit, many enterprises would use their procurement channel as the breakthrough point, the enterprise centralized materials purchase management mode becomes the new trend of development of representing purchasing management new directions ,the information management of enterprise centralized procurement management mode plays an important role in enterprise centralized procurement management.M Group Company is a domestic large gas group company,founded in 2007, the company mainly operates in mainland China investment management and public life of city gas business,including all kinds of fuel gas appliances sales,by early 2010,already has more than 60 member companies in domestic. For the gas company,material purchasing is the enterprise greatest investment. Meanwhile gas industry belonging to high-risk industry,and huge procurement amount expects M group company to strengthen management in material supply. Group headquarters focus management on centralized purchasing materials,through company group large scale purchasing advantage,to improving the material quality,at the same time,reduced the purchase price,strengthening the management standard.This paper around M group company centralized material purchasing system's implementation,by the form of the case analysis ,this thesis introduced the successful implementation process , the key success factors analysis ,the implementation effect summarize and thinking. This paper mainly includes the following aspects of content: the chapter 1 is the research background significance and the related literatures were reviewed. the chapter 2 is the case description,including M group company introduction,M group company implement centralized material purchasing system background and its implementation situation. The next two chapters is the case analysis,the chapter 3 is the centralized material purchasing system implementation,success factors analysis of M Group Company,the chapter 4 is a summary and thinking after the centralized material purchasing project implementation of M Group Company .This thesis aims to analysis the key success factors and summarizes it's implementation effect around M group company's oracle ERP centralized material purchasing system's successful implementation,and according to its successful implementation raise some revelations and suggestions.Hope this paper can provide certain reference to the company will be implementing centralized material purchasing system,and to professional in ERP implementation management consulting personnel.Meanwhile,also hopes that through this topic research,for enterprise information,scientific project management research provide certain reference.
