Its purpose is to integrate all the resources within the enterprise, such as human resources, capital, materials, equipment, time, information and so on, for effective control and implementation of optimal resources management. It enables enterprises to obtain maximum economic benefits in the fierce market competition. ERP is a management approach developed for the supply chain based on the MRP, MRPII. ERP vendors will be manufacturing resources, manufacturing activity, customer demand breakthrough together to form the extended supply chain. ERP integrates manufacturing resources, manufacturing activity and customer demand to form the extended supply chain. Based on this, software vendors compile the ERP software based on ERP functions, causing everyone often mistake that ERP is just a software application or simply an information technology. In fact, ERP is not just a software product. In management thinking, ERP is supply chain management thinking. In the point of view management system, ERP is a resource management system with integrating enterprise management concepts, business operations, basic data, human resources and financial resources, computer hardware and software in one.With the development of information technology, China has gradually entered the information society. Iron and steel enterprises have become the important implemented objects of information technology to stimulate industrialization strategic objectives. ERP implementation is an important factor in accelerating the construction pace of information. In order to meet the strategic objectives of information technology to stimulate industrialization, our medium-sized steel enterprises introduce advanced management models and concepts on the basis of the management of change. They fully implemente ERP, optimize the allocation of the enterprise resources as a whole and improve enterprise management level.In this paper, through reading a large number of literature research, mainly aimed at the application of ERP in enterprises, especially the iron and steel enterprises be summarized, to research and analyze the implementation of ERP critical success factors of Xilin Steel Group, and find out the key factors which have an effect on the implementation of ERP. On this basis, a key success factor model is put forward. Key factors including personnel qualifications, organizational environment, software provider’s help, technical conditions, cultural influence, among them. In this paper, on the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature research, to analysis the effectiveness of the key success factors in ERP system of Xilin Steel Group and the implementation of ERP critical success factors, to explore the influence of the reasons for the success of ERP implementation, so as to seek the implementation of ERP critical success factors for success, which is aiming at the domestic steel industry successful implementation of ERP system to provide effective basis. In this paper, the typical cases of successful implementation of Xilin Steel Group of ERP project as the research object, adopting the method of literature research and empirical research combined with the application, through expert interview, questionnaire and SPSS statistical analysis and system implementation ERP critical success factors in Holland model validation, analyzes the key success factors of ERP implementation, provides reference in order to further improve the ERP implementation success rate, the successful implementation of ERP system provides guidance for the enterprise. Through this article research method reached the research conclusions have scientific and rigours, this thesis has some innovation in research methods. |
