| Hanzhong as the major grain producing areas in shaanxi as well as the coutry, has superior natural conditions. Northern boundary of Qinling Mountains, south of Daba, the Han river makes the plain good for agriculture. It has the sub-tropical climate, and been named"land of plenty". The five industry"pigs, medicine, tea, vegetables and fish"led the rapid development of local agricultural economy. The output of agriculture continued to increase and rising the living standards. But under the background of the land, water and other resources constraints increasingly enhance, and the Hanzhong city government makes the"green industrial strategy", for excessive use of resources and dependence on the natural environment caused great damage to local environment. The contradiction between human and natural has become strained, need to change the current mode of production by improving production efficiency and ease the conflict to solve it. So the development of green industry and production efficiency improving take the society's attention.In this paper we study the green industry of HanZhong. The first chapter is about this choice of the green industry as an introduction to the study. In this chapter, first we introduce the background, purpose and significance of the green industry in HanZhong. Next we present the ideas that focus on"what, why, how"as a research program to expand the analysis and discussion, and in terms of innovation made possible this innovation of the two possible. The second chapter is about the concept of green industry. In this chapter through review the article in domestic and foreign, we get some common views on this subject. Based on this, we give a concept of green industry so that this paper could develop it's analysis. The third chapter is a base description of the status and analysis. In this chapter, we use the data obtained from the statistical yearbook to expose the level of economic development, the development of vegetable, pig breeding, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and tourism industry in terms of HanZhong green development status. At the same time according to the methods of descriptive statistics summarize the related issues in HanZhong green industry development. In the forth chapter, there is a SWOT analysis about the green industry in HanZhong. In this section, we give a systematic analysis of the development of green industries of HanZhong. We find the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and describe the stage, the pros and cons of HanZhong green industry. After a basic argument, we come to the conclusion that at present stage green industry may be the important and only way for economic transformation in HanZhong. In the fifth chapter we use DEA to research the development and production effective in HanZhong green industry, and build the index system according to the relevant variables we selected. Through DEA2.0 we know the basic level of HanZhong production efficiency in this stage. It includes the technical efficiency and scale efficiency level of development. In chapter six, we give some propose according the problems we mentioned previously. So we hope this will be useful for the development of HanZhong green industry. The last chapter is the conclusion. As a basic summary and a outlook in this paper.Finally, based on the study,we draw the conclusion and give some suggestions about the development of green industry of Hanzhong. Study findings: In the whole,the production efficiency of green industry of Hanzhong is so low that it has not yet reached the efficient allocation of resources at the present. From the internal industry, the production efficiency of green industry is highest, which is 0.988(Effective value is 1).The next is green service industry, the production efficiency of which is 0.698(Effective value is 1). What's more , the production efficiency green of agriculture is lowest, which is 0.395(Effective value is 1);At the present, green industry of Hanzhong is in the stage of IRS and the technical efficiency is low. |
