The Study Of Economic Interactive Model Between Coast And Inland Hinterland In Liaoning

The integration of regional economy has become an inevitable trend in the development of the world economy. In October 2003, China implemented the policy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast region, to change ideas, to increase the institutional innovation, mechanism innovation and the pace of opening to speed up economic development in the Northeast region. This policy provides a golden opportunity for the Northeast regional economic integration. July 2009, "Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone Development Plan" was approved, thus, Liaoning coastal region as a whole has been incorporated into national development strategies.Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou, Yingkou, Panjin, Huludao and other coastal cities in Liaoning's coastal economic region are located at key areas in Northeast Asian economic zone and Bohai Sea region. The unique location owns rich natural resources, well-developed industry and convenient transportation system.Accelerate the development of Liaoning's coastal economic belt, for revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast region is of strategic importance for the improvement of layout of China's coastal economy and the promotion of regional development. Liaoning inland city gradually realize the pace of economic integration can be traced back to the last century. In Shenyang city as the center of Shenyang economic zone of urban middle ground, using mode development economy, to speed up the connection and city integration.April 2010, the National Development and Reform Commission officially approved the Shenyang Economic Zone as the new national comprehensive reform pilot area of industrialization which marks the Shenyang Economic Zone as the establishment of the eighth national comprehensive reform pilot area approved by State Council.This approval aims at making bold exploration and first breakthrough in key area reform of Shenyang Economic Zone and finally exploring a new Chinese characteristic way of urbanization and industrialization which plays an exemplary and leading role of the revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast region and builds a new mode of industrialization across the country.This paper aims at sorting out the involving regional economics theory problem. Firstly, we analyzed the social and economic development status of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province and calculated the strength of links between cities to draw the characteristic of it. Secondly, based on this analysis, Logistic Model was used to quantitatively analyze the interaction effect of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province. Finally, propose an advice on the building of the economic hinterland of the coastal and inland mode of interaction of Liaoning Province by the combination of the former analysis based on the relevant theory of region economics.This paper consists five parts. The first part describes the research background, meaning and methods of research and summarizes the status of domestic and foreign research and proposes the innovation of this paper.The second part introduces the theoretical foundation of interacted economic development status of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province. This paper makes a comment on the theory of growth-pole,theory of region integration and theory of division of labor. These theories consists the important theory fundamental of interacted economic development status of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province.The third part is the analysis of existing interacted economic development status of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province. Firstly, summarize the current situation of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province; secondly, based on City flow intensity model to analyze the cities of Liaoning province, finally, comprehensively analyze the interaction of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province based on former analysis.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of interacted economic development status of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province, based on Logistic Model to quantitatively analyze the interact effect of coastal and inland economics.The fifth part is the construction of interacted economic development status of coastal and inland areas of Liaoning Province, promote regional interaction model, element interaction model and infrastructure integration mode.
