Study Of Demonstration And Strategy On Economic Interactive Development Between Coastland And Hinterland Of Liaoning

Liaoning is the only province which facing the sea in Northeast. Recent years, the inadequate economic interaction is the basic reason why its economic development is unsatisfactory. That mainly embodies in the coastal economic advantages about coastland and hinterland is not cast fully because the lack of interaction. The unwell driving effect of coastal economy, the lack of competitiveness of Central Region of Liaoning and the serious backward of northwest is the main show. These phenomena have made economic development of Liaoning remarkably fall behind the developed coastal provinces. Therefore, the economic interactive relation is selected for the research object, combining with the document analysis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, using the Eviews6.0 statistical software, constructing the VAR model on economic interactive relation, and revealing the deeper reason behind the contradiction and the limitations of all aspects of economic interaction. and putting forward countermeasures and strategy conception. The main conclusions are as follows:⑴Expound the economic interactive theory and experience of Liaoning. Discuss the theoretical basis and law on economic interaction. Contrast the experience of developed region , the paper found that the governments are lack of integrity and coordination.⑵Discuss the development situation of Liaoning's coastland and hinterland. Through analyzing the driving effects of ports and advantage industry driving effects and the backwardness of northwest of Liaoning ,the paper found that the lack of effective organization and resource allocation and coordinative agency is the main reason.⑶Construct economic developing dynamic VAR model bases on the economic interaction between coastland and hinterland. The paper through constructing coastal economic interactions with hinterland of dynamic VAR model, found that the inadequate economic interaction lies in economic interactions organization mechanism are no sound. the lack of cooperation leads to inadequate interaction. Some economic impact of interactive even plays negative influence.⑷Propose the economic benign interactive policy measures and strategy conception of Liaoning's coastland and hinterland. Base on a summary of the development status and empirical analysis, the policy measures and the strategy conception are put forward on the basis.
