In recent years, the problem on quality and safety of agricultural products frequently cases. More and more people begin to pay close attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products. Many consumers want their needs of information about the whole process of agricultural products produced can be satisfied. The suppliers also hope to be able to find a reasonable way to gain the produce quality information, supervise produce quality indexes, take precautions against and reduce of agricultural products quality problem in order to meet the needs of the consumers. In the interaction of supply and demand, along with the development and prevail of information industry, especially IOT's more and more widely development and application, traceability system is applied to the quality and safety of agricultural products control system as a valid reveals and convey information channel, and agricultural products quality traceability system came into being.Based on the quality and safety of agricultural products, this thesis collect lots of domestic and foreign relevant research material and comparative analysis the agricultural products quality traceability system's development and application status at home and abroad. It also gives a comprehensive introduction on the related concept and main application technology of the agricultural products quality traceability system.This thesis based on the actual operation of Xingda High Quality Rice Mill to master basic information about the enterprise's natural situation, products, infrastructure status and personnel allocation by the way of investigation, email communication, consultation conversation and so on in order to understand the needs of the enterprises correctly. On this basis, this thesis make a comprehensive strategy analysis through a series of strategic analysis methods such as SWOT analysis, related economic subject behavior game analysis, combined with enterprise development direction and competition strategy. At the same time, it forecast the risk, schedule and expected benefits.On the basis of previous work, combined with analysis of system resource demand and information flow model, this thesis designs the general system structure of the traceability system for Xingda High Quality Rice Mill, and realize the transition from strategic analysis to system analysis. Taking various aspects such as static and dynamic and so on into consideration, according to the enterprise situation and the feedback to make adjustment many times and constantly improvement, eventually gets complete solution of the traceability system for Xingda High Quality Rice Mill and make sure that the solution is in agreement with the enterprise's whole strategy direction.This thesis adhering to the e-commerce solutions idea of ondemand, complete agricultural produce quality traceability system solution both flexibility and universality, from the example of universal to alone, to achieve the purpose of study. Use uniform standard, intuitive visual tools-UML to build the model of the traceability system for Xingda High Quality Rice Mill and enhance the visibility and comprehensible of the solution by the way of UML modeling illustrations, including demand model use case diagram, static analysis model class diagram, dynamic business model sequence diagram, system structure model bag diagram and so on. Solutions expressed by the UML modeling illustrations can have a good adaptability and portability, fully showing the guidance charm of e-commerce solutions.In this thesis, a bold hypothesis of the agricultural produce quality traceability system's future application models is provided. Although at present, the agricultural produce quality traceability system's application on precise marketing has not been mature, that it will have large economic significance in the further research. The agricultural produce quality traceability system as a typical application of agricultural informatization will be a mainstream direction in the development of agricultural e-commerce.
