Since the American management scientist Kurt Lewin in 1947 has made organizational change theory, organizational change research has developed more than 60 years. Numerous scholars have worked on organizational change from a variety of different aspects in 60 years, including:organizational change theory, organizational context, organizational performance, radical change organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational learning, organizational change process, organizational change strategy, organizational innovation, organizational development, the relations of organizational change and environment, organizational change model, leadership, organizational effectiveness and so on. Organizational change fields include not only economy and management but also extending to psychology, sociology, ecology, philosophy and other aspects.By the 1990s, society competitions are not very fiercely, people are not familiar with change, they commonly insist that organizational change should not be radical. However, by the late 1990s, as technology becoming more advanced, international environment becoming more complex, globalization emerging, people are becoming more conscious of organizational change. In 1996, Royston Greenwood pointed that we should bring old and new institutional ism together to promote radical organizational change. Most of the previous understanding of organizational change is a kind of summary interpretation. They consider change as a completed event, its key features, antecedents and consequences need to be explored and described. In 2002. Haridimos Tsoukas published an article on rethinking organizational change, the traditional way of organizational change was defined as stability, path, institutional. Organizational change is considered as special, not normal. He tried to explain why organizational change is common in organizational life and emphasized the universality of change in organization. Organizational change will be people belief and behavior.Current research on the breadth and depth of organizational change is still expanding, scholars still continues to explore through innovation. Therefore, there are important theoretical and practical significance through quantitative analysis having a look at which documents and woks most cited, which documents and works are more important, which documents are the knowledge base in this field, and which is the research focus in organizational change fields.Based on the methods of mapping knowledge domains and authority software CiteSpace in this field, we are researching on the status of organizational change, focus, and development trends from documents co-citation aspect, visualizing the collaboration networks in organizational change fields. This study firstly describes the theoretical and practical significance, innovation, and research methods, and then narratives the theory and methods of mapping knowledge, organizational change status, and documents co-citation status through qualitative analysis methods. The third chapter describes the selected journals, software, and values in operation. Next chapter is the main part of this article, firstly we analyze the important nodes, including important documents and works, which documents and works are most cited, the content of them. We can grasp the knowledge base in organizational change fields from reading literature. Then putting term as nodes, we can get organizational change keywords. Integration reference and term we get research focus, and we can explain detail of each research focus. In summary, we analyze the organization literatures among 35 selected journals and get some important documents including:institutional isomorphism, organizational change theory, organizational structure, radical organizational change model, organizational learning and innovation, management strategic, institutional ways, strategic management and dynamic capabilities, organizational ecology, technology change, economic change theory, organizational change environment. Comprehensive literature and term analysis, we get four most core research focus, including organizational change theory, organizational learning, institutional change, strategic change.
