Comparative Analysis On Domestic And International Knowledge Management Research On The Basis Of Knowledge Mapping

With the arrival of knowledge-economy, knowledge has become the new resource for competition. Knowledge management, which means rational development, scientific management and utilization of knowledge, has gradually become one of the key elements for right decisions and enhance the competitiveness. Therefore, research on knowledge management began to draw increasingly more attention of scholars, and becomes a new hot research field. After decades of development, knowledge management from the original Computer Studies Science, Management Engineering, Library and Information has extended to areas such as medical, chemical and other highly specialized fields. In order to promote knowledge management progress, it is necessary to study the conditions of its development. To understand the current knowledge management researchers; to master the basis of knowledge management, current research focus and cutting-edge; to analyze the differences of domestic and international research on knowledge management, and then to draw the whole picture of knowledge management hook research, which is new challenge Knowledge management is currently facing, and it has great academic value and practical significance.Based on this, the analysis on the field of knowledge management is performed, the main work can be summarized as follows:(1) Papers on information visualization techniques and methods, research and cutting-edge detection method, the current field analysis of knowledge management and other aspects are summarized, to define previous studies context and significance of this study, laying the groundwork for later analysis.(2) Describe the theory of scientific knowledge mapping, and concepts of knowledge basis and research cutting-edge, and then briefly introduce the word Kleinberg burst detection algorithm, providing a theoretical basis for the analysis of knowledge management research.(3) Develop data processing software for data on SCI and CNKI, and follow the order from whole to specific, international to domestic, the past to present and future, states and institutions and scholars, the basis of knowledge management,and the current research focus are analyzed.(4) After the analysis on knowledge platforms of international and domestic, through the comparison on unit, scholars, and cutting-edge, obtain the difference on unit, scholars, and cutting edge direction of international and domestic knowledge platform.
