This paper focuses on the relationship among organizational improvisation, organizational learning and strategic change. And based on literature reviewing, model building, SEM, multiple regression analysis method and other empirical methods, we explored their relationship systematically. The following 3 points aroused my researching interests. First, previous learning perspective for strategic research often paid great attention to study the change of the process, and overlooked their antecedent. Second, there is still rare about the empirical research of organizational improvisation, correspondingly the research combined it with other variables to explore its'effect is few. Third, the external environment organizations faced on is full of high degree of uncertainty and changing is everlasting for them, so how to improve the ability of organizational improvisation, organizational learning and strategic change is very important for such organizations.Based on the above mentioned, this paper, combined quantitative and qualitative ways to research the three variables relationship thoroughly. Firstly, from the perspective of qualitative research, the theoretical basis of a literature study, theoretical assumptions made, we built the model initially. Secondly, from the perspective of quantitative research, we applied of exploratory factor analysis by SPSS 17.0, then applied AMOS 17.0 to make confirmatory factor analysis, and validated the test results using multiple regression test results. Finally, we discussed the results. We have organized this paper into 6 chapters.Chapter 1 presented the main issues of this study to explain researching status at home and abroad for the organizational improvisation, organizational learning and strategic change, then we also stated this study's possible theoretical and practical significance, this study may explain the impossible innovations, the main research methods and research framework.Chapter 2 reviewed and discussed the researching status of organizational improvisation, organizational learning and strategic change based on literature. We defined the three concepts, and the relationship of them was reviewed systematically too.Chapter 3 studied the assumptions and models proposed. The literature review and theoretical basis of logical deduction, made assumptions, and built relationship among the three models.Chapter 4 described the scale applications of the three variables, and the formation of the questionnaire. We carried out pre-testing for reliability and validity analysis to determine the official questionnaire.Chapter 5 came into the empirical testing and results analysis phase, it's also the essence of the whole paper. We applied AMOS 17.0 measurement to make CFA. used multiple regression methods testing hypothesis, and used SEM testing the overall theoretical model, finally, concluded the results of hypothesis testing.Chapter 6 is the main draw final conclusions part, we put forward the relevant theoretical and practical significance also. This study showed the progress and limitations of this research, and finally prospects for future research.
