With the talent competition,the recruitment for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises is more and more obvious.thereby broadening the recruitment channels and tapping the positive and effective recruitment channel for companies are strategic significance. Employee referral as a very effective internal recruitment channels has been used for many enterprises. The push for internal use in addition to the specification from the system and give some incentive, also need to pay atteation to employee social network. Numerous studies show that social networks of employees within the recommendation will have an impact. most of the research are from the qualitative point of view,but From the quantitative point of view, little research has been found.In this paper, we build conceptual modl between employee social network and employee referral after read the relevant literature. in order to facilitate the study, employee social networks is divided into outside employees social network, and internal staff social network. Employee referral is divided into recommended external personnel and recommended internal staff to reveal the relationship between employee social network and employee referral. In this paper, we take The staff has been working and has recommended as the researeh object. by using the SPSS statistical software.we conducted a reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis and other methods of data processing, and Validate the model and assumptions.this thesis reached the following conclusions:(1) Employee social network is a key external faetor to Employee referral. and the different dimensions of charaeteristics of the employee social network have the different influence on recommended within the organization.(2) outside employee social networks have significant positive impact on recommending external personnel. and the different dimensions of the outside employee social network have impacted recommending external personnel differently.(3) internal staff social network have significant positive impact on recommending internal personne, and the different dimensions of internal staff social network have the different influence on recommended within the organization.The resoults have important guiding signifieane to enrich the applicability of social network theory, increas the employee referral perspective, and effectively use social networks to improve employee efficiency within the organization.
