Recruitment is an important part of enterprise human resources.Finding the right person to do the right thing and reserving human capital for the enterprise has become the top priority of enterprise management.With the gradual decline of the demographic dividend,the recruitment problem is a huge challenge for small entrepreneurial enterprises.Therefore,in order to improve the recruitment efficiency,small start-ups need to constantly explore new recruitment channels and improve their recruitment system,so as to continuously supply suitable talents and provide enterprises with a steady stream of innovation and power.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and case analysis,this thesis conducted a relevant questionnaire survey and Research on the current recruitment status and problems of company A.The survey found that now social networks have penetrated into everyone’s life,and people’s awareness of inadvertently looking for a job has gradually improved.In addition to salary,job seekers have new requirements for work atmosphere and corporate culture.In addition,the questionnaire is used to investigate people’s current habits of using wechat and using wechat to find a job.The results show that the recruitment channels can be optimized with the help of social networks.Based on the six dimensional space theory,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the recruitment channels of enterprise a:first,establish an effective communication platform between the helpers and the company.The establishment of social space based on social network can spread information intensively,provide a platform for communication between job seekers and the company,truly and directly show the work content of the post,and then improve the recruitment efficiency.Second,improve the internal promotion system of the company.Give different rewards based on different people and different needs,and encourage employees to actively participate in internal promotion.Third,build job search channels through new media.In the new media platform such as jitter,the establishment of corporate accounts and the construction of job seekers,enhancing the popularity of small business start-ups and setting up employer brand are also effective ways to improve the recruitment efficiency tiktok.Fourth,establish a recruitment alliance.Small enterprises should actively cooperate in recruitment and jointly organize large-scale recruitment interviews.
