In this paper author address to give an understanding how organizational climate, culture and work stress affects on job satisfaction and to show the different job satisfaction levels. To reach the result, author reviews the literature to have a deep understanding about the elements which will affect on job satisfaction. After all, author gives hypothesis and finds answer of each by questioning participants (employees). During the research period,90 employees from different nationality participated to the study. Participants were not selected according to any particular, nationality, age, gender, religion or sector. Data were collected by questionnaire that was constructed by 61 questions which helps to gather information about organizational climate, work stress and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is placed as dependent variable on the other hand organizational climate and work stress are placed as independent variables. To finalize the study hypothesis will be lighten by statistical data.
