"On deepening the reform of talent development system and mechanism of opinions according to this paper determined the development of talent mechanism reform is part of a comprehensively deepen reform in our country,our country will be focus fire management system reform and development of this item as important measures.Visible,in the scientific and technological innovation strength is steady economic growth and social development in our country main power,is to realize the public entrepreneurship has the necessary conditions for innovation and upgrading of industrial structure,is the important measures of integrated global innovation network.It is of great practical significance and theoretical significance for the work environment organization atmosphere of scientific and technological innovation personnel and the research on job satisfaction and engagement.How to drive the backbone of our country's economic and social development,science and technology innovation personnel can carry on the science and technology are in a better organization atmosphere study,enhance their sense of job satisfaction in to participate in the activities of science and technology and make them more independent,more positive,more make a commitment work of scientific and technological innovation is the key point of this study.Based on the national policy orientation,this article discusses the research object with scientific and technological innovation personnel.In this paper,Spss statistical software is used to explore the relationship between organizational atmosphere,satisfaction and engagement and the mechanism of action through the combination of empirical analysis and qualitative analysis.The study found that two of the three variables were related and affected each other.Through the Spssmaro mediation test,the organizational atmosphere can affect the variable of satisfaction,and then it can be applied to the variable of engagement.That is,satisfaction is mediating between them.
