With increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, they are facing increasingly serious challenges. Supply chain management have an important role for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Supply chain includes internal and external supply chain. this paper is focus on researching internal supply chain management. Internal supply chain management refers to using management plan, organizing, coordinating, controlling and commanding functions such as circulation of products within the enterprise involved in all aspects of logistics, capital flow, information flow and business processes within a reasonable regulation, so that the enterprise can achieve the highest efficiency of business operations, lowest cost, and provide customers with maximum added value. Internal supply chain management emphasizes the coordination of the various business processes to achieve business efficiency, cost reduction, supply chain systems integration for the overall good foundation. Internal supply chain integration model in the actual operation of different enterprises are different, and it should be based on actual development of practical optimization and integration strategy. This paper will verify the theory through the research of internal supply chain integration of Freecomm. First this paper will describe the theory of internal supply chain management and integration, introduce the common internal supply chain integration model, and put forward the researching task of Freecomm combined with literature.Based on this, this paper will analyze the internal supply chain integration through an analysis of the internal problems of the enterprise from a business background introduction, and research the actual use of business process reengineering and implementation of ERP systems in a full range, comparing integration results before and after, come within the supply chain integration to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and come to the necessary that the enterprise choose the integrated approach based on the actual operations.
