Since the first incubator built in China at last 80s, it has raised lots of interests from scientists, government and entrepreneurs. Our study developed from introducing the concept abroad to form our own theory based on the local practices. However, most study focused on incubator, while the study of incubated firm is underdeveloped. The growth of new firm means the growth in knowledge and capability. The growth of incubated firm is a dynamic process, that is new firm and it's entrepreneur are cultivated to have the comprehensive competence of independently survive from the external environment. Based on the firm growth theory, knowledge theory and social capital theory, this paper explores the internal mechanism of incubated firm's growth, identifies the variables impacting the growth of incubated firm, analyses the process of entrepreneur's knowledge sharing to establish a system dynamics model of the impact of entrepreneur's knowledge sharing on the growth of incubated firm. According to simulation by Vensim Pro software, it's demonstrated that the model can explain the causality between the growth of incubated firm and entrepreneur's knowledge sharing well, consistent with theoretical expectations. The result shows that incubated environment plays an important role in the growth of incubated firm, and trust is a key factor to the efficiency of knowledge sharing. Above all, this paper presents conclusions and suggestions on incubated firm's growth.
