Research On Influence Factors Of Knowledge Sharing Among Incubated Enterprises

Under the era of knowledge economy, the diverse needs of the market spawned a variety of emerging technology companies,but the success rate of new enterprises in the business has always been a difficult problem.In this environment, the incubator has been rapid development and growth,and its function has been continuously strengthened, so it attracted a large number of scholars to research the relationship between the incubator and incubated enterprises,but they ignore an important issue:how to improve knowledge sharing level among these enterprises?Firstly,this paper reviewed the previous academic research on knowledge sharing and incubator knowledge services, for the completeness of mode,we also described the relationship between knowledge sharing and corporate performance.Using it as a base,from the perspective of enterprise knowledge this paper analyzed the knowledge needs of incubated enterprises and the interactive mode between incubator and incubated enterprises in different growth stages.Secondly,this paper choosed the incubated enterprises of the start-up phase as the object of study.In this paper,we divided those factors of knowledge sharing among incubated enterprises into two levels that are the incubator leve l and incubated enterprises.The incubator level includes four main factors:incubator stock of knowledge, incubators knowledge transfer capabilities, incubator management agency networking capabilities,the incentive system of incubator knowledge sharing;the incubation enterprise level includes : transfer ability of knowledge, learning ability of incubated enterprises, compatibility among enterprises,incubator knowledge sharing intention,so we could structure the mode of the influence factors of knowledge sharing among incubated enterprises, So we put forward nine-related assumptions that are the relationships between knowledge sharing factors influence and knowledge sharing and the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprise performance.Finally,we used the statistical software of Smart PLS2.0 to test the reliability and validity of the data, choosed the T value as the testing standard for relationship among the variables, so we obtained the result about the modle and relevant conclusions.In the firs t level,there are two factors that are include incubator knowledge transfer capabilities and incubator stock of knowledge are not significant to knowledge sharing among incubated enterprises, the incubator networking capabilities and the incentive system o f incubator knowledge sharing have a very significant influence among enterprises knowledge sharing.In the second level,the main four factors that include transfer ability of knowledge, learning ability of incubated enterprises,the compatibility among enterprises,incubator knowledge sharing intention have a very significant influence among enterprises knowledge sharing.Based on the results empirical research,we could obtain a correction model of the influence factors of knowledge sharing among incubated enterprises.
