With the continuous improvement of living standards, "green, safe and healthy" diet is increasingly becoming the new standard, but emerging food safety issues not only affect the security interests of consumers, but also for the entire food industry have resulted in immeasurable loss. The face of food safety crisis, the food industry and how to adopt a crisis when the public relations strategy? To solve this problem, this paper Guanshengyuan crisis PR strategy, for example a study, first summarizes the theoretical literature related public relations crisis, based on the combination of Guanshengyuan in response to two instances of the crisis public relations strategy and crisis management capabilities with industry comparative analysis, clear Guanshengyuan crisis public relations capacity and defects.
