| Accelerated globalization of economy results various relationship of domestic enterprises and international companies after Chinese Economy Open and Revolution. TOLL-Manufacturing occupies a portion of over 55%. It's an important topic of how the enterprises compose and apply KPI system under this mode as well as being discussed in present Company Performance Management.This thesis gives a construction of KPI system by analyzing the performance management of company D in recent years. Generally, the thesis is being composed as below--Firstly, the thesis introduces the task, including the content, relating MBA courses and the method and route of research, etc.Secondly, background of relative theories and exact conception of KPI, and how to choose a contractor to execute TOLL, is being introduced. By SWOT & PSET assay, it gives an estimation of international TOLL strategy.The third part is a brief description of KPI management status of the TOLL contractors. By introducing the organization of both companies of TOLL, and based on the inter rela-tionship between KPI construction and organization of the company, the thesis summarizes the issues of KPI assessment system of TOLL projects of company D.Next, the construction of KPI of TOLL performance management is combined with the TOLL contract and details of management under payoff status. Introduction of constructing the KPI system, KPI assessment and execution follows.The fifth part gives an assay of the performance management after establishment of KPI system. Traditional KPI system was found with limitations thus a suggestion of applying balanced score card to KPI system is introduced.Finally, by summarizing the characters of constructing the KPI system of a TOLL project, the thesis concludes the extraction of KPI and construction of KPI system under TOLL mode. |
