Accompanying the increasingly complex international economy, with the appreciation of RMB and rising labor costs, China needs new economy development mode nowadays. To promote industrial restructuring and employment, the government executing special supports for technology start-ups, which encourages science and technology innovative small and medium-sized enterprises blooming. The lack of strength and experience, often leads these companies to difficulties, or even survival crisis. Grasping the competitive environment, analyzing own situation, self-positioning to establish a reasonable marketing strategy and implement orderly to gain on rational allocation of limited resources, play an important role in profits and technology transformation successfully.In this paper, by viewing D company's exterior and interior environment, with SWOT analysis to clarify its strengths and weaknesses; on the theories of product life cycles and tactics mix, put forward the company's strategic objectives, marketing strategy and related mix as product, channel, price, promotion and executing, noted the management and control measures at last.
