Guangzhou COMET company is a fingerprint and face recognition algorithm as the core,professional research,development,production and sales of fingerprint attendance,fingerprint access control products enterprises.At present due to the market and increasing demand for personalized,there has been a project queuing phenomenon;Due to cost control at the same time also so r&d resources are strictly controlled.This article through reading related literature a large number of queuing theory and multi project management,and in the case of corporate organizational structure,management process and project characteristics of investigation and analysis,to determine the significance and feasibility of the queuing theory in the case company in project management in the application.Collect and analyze COMET R & D team and former R & D project characteristics and data,determine the queuing system model,and uses the queuing theory to optimize the distribution of human resources in multi project management in COMET company,and the simulation of the effect of application program.The queuing theory can be applied to the human resource configuration of the developer of the software development enterprise,and provides a convenient quantitative analysis and simulation method of the human resource allocation for the case company.
