Study On New Village Construction Model Of Zhuozi County In Inner Mongolia

This paper takes ZhuoZi county which is an arid region in midwest Inner Mongolia as a research project; with the development of new countryside and the proportion of the industrial structure and the elements of econamic development, as net per capita incomes, Engel coefficient, AGDP and Infrastructure elements as road, transportation, radio televion. irrigation and water conservancy; Social development elements as cultural education, social insurance, Medical insurance, Science and technology training; Living environment factors as rural drinking water safety, forestry, natural ecological environment; The land use elements as farmland, forest land, meadow, industrial land and water as the content. It sums up that ZhuoZi county possess with new rural development of "developing, living pevple, democratic administration, the standard of villages and towns which contains Zhuo town, YinTangZi villaqe, LiHua town, MaGaiTu villaqe and SanDaoYing town as new countryside demonstration and construction village. However, according to its development mode, it sums up three kinds of developing modes:the integration of urban and rural areas of new rural development pattern and characteristic industry development pattern and new rural new rural development mode of the third industry. It uses Analytic hierarchy process to evaluate these three kinds of mode. Results show that new rural development mode of featured industries is ZhuoZi county universal development mode which has extension and demonstration. Due to its convenient traffic and adjacent to Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia, the integration of urban and rural areas of new rural development pattern is an important development mode, and of the third industry development mode is largely limited, so it unfavorable popularizes by some kind of mode.
