The Evaluation Study Of Liaoning Province Competitiveness Of High-New Tech Industry

With the rapid development of modern technology, high-new tech has been playing an important in social and economic development, high-new tech industry has become the representative of a country's comprehensive national strength and the overall competitiveness of important industry, the level of high-new tech industry competitiveness has become an dominant factor affecting economic strength of a national or region. So, for domestic and foreign scholars, study of all aspects of it has increasingly become the focus of research. The purpose of this research is that within the country, we find the lack of the development of high-new tech industries of Liaoning Province, and accordingly put forward countermeasures and suggestions by comparison, analysis and evaluation of the competitive high-new tech industries of Liaoning Province.In this paper, to combine with high-new tech industry development of Liaoning Province , from the competitive of high-new tech industry to start with the theoretical concepts, we used factor analysis to analyze the data indicators of Liaoning Province and compared Liaoning province with high-new tech competitiveness of the industry of the other various provinces, which evaluated the competitiveness of high-new tech industries in Liaoning Province in the country, and finally proposed high-new tech industrial development countermeasures in Liaoning Province.This article has four parts. The first part is the introduction which mainly explains the background of this research, research significance, research contents, methods and papers of innovation framework. The second part is the theoretical part introduces the concept of high-new tech industry and related characteristics of high-new tech industry and at the same time also studies relevant theory and literature of industrial competitiveness and the competitiveness of high-new tech industry evaluation, therefore which provide academic basis for the following construction of index system provided academic basis. The third part is the empirical part, firstly according to construction of high-new tech industry competitiveness evaluation index system, we use the method of factor analysis to evaluate high-new tech industry competitiveness of Liaoning province and other provinces in the country, it is evident that high-new tech industrial competitiveness of Liaoning province are more competitive within the scope of various provinces and cities, but need to be strengthened in innovation and industrial scale. The fourth part is the conclusion, according to the Liaoning Provincial high-new tech industry present development situation and evaluation of the results of the former study, I put forward the corresponding countermeasures to raise the competitiveness of high-new tech industry of Liaoning province.
