H Company Machine Shop On-site Renovation Project Schedule Control Study

With the background of adjustment and reconstruction of H Company machining workshop, this paper firstly presents the background of selected topic, research status and significance, research content and framework. Then, the knowledge of project management is used synthetically to make a systemic research of schedule and control management in corporation site reconstruction project. The project organization is constituted, and the responsibility of the organization is defined, depending on the requirement of project management. In making out the project schedule, through project description, project analyzing, milestone plan making, responsibility matrix presenting, time estimating, logic relation writing and so on, the project schedule is made, and finally Gantt chart and critical path method are used to make the schedule of project reconstruction, and the optimized plan is presented. In controlling the implementing project schedule, this paper mainly starts with analyzing the factors which influence the project schedule and combines with the project schedule to follow the project, constructs the project controlling system, and mainly discusses how to control the schedule of reconstructed project.By generally and systemically analyzing the plan and control of reconstructed project schedule of H Company machining workshop, the effective conclusion of plan and control of project schedule is found. This research provides certain references to control the project schedule in this field, and has a certain theoretic innovative significance and practice guidance significance.
