| During the recent years, Supply Chain Scheduling (SCS) has become one of the hot problems in Supply Chain Management (SCM). SCS studies the global optimal problems of job scheduling and transportation arranging at operational level. At present, researches on SCS are mainly focus on the building and solving of the Supply Chain Scheduling Model, while studies of the actualization of the optimization solution are seldom. The paper has studied this problem based on Stackelberg theory.First, the paper describes the fundamental theories and the current research situation of SCS. Build the integer programming models for the two-stage (including the manufacturer and distributer) and the three-stage SCS problems (including the supplier, manufacturer and distributer) individually, obtain the optimization solution. The corporations in Supply Chain probably refuse to choose the coordinated scheduling because of the fear to loose their own benefits. We design the benefits distribution method for the corporations' Stackelberg situation, ensure the benefits of each corporation and the supply chain scheduling model applied. Besides, we do a mass of simulation Experiments to verify the cost saving of optimization decision. But there still exist some problems in the paper, and need further study. |
