Agro-processing industry, as the key to the agricultural industrialization in China, plays an irreplaceable role in improving the overall efficiency of agricultural production, restructuring rural economic and promoting its sustainable development. Recently, China’s agro-processing industry is developing rapidly to become an important industry. As competition intensifies, the concept of supply chain has been infiltrated into the management of agricultural processing enterprises. As a result, the agro-processing industry supply chain has been formed with agricultural processing enterprises as the core. However, the current agro-processing supply chain in China is not a mature one, and there exist a series of problems, such as collaboration instability, lack of core competitiveness and leadership, weak logistics management, imperfect benefits distribution mechanism, which disrupt the operation of the agro-processing supply chain and even hinder the further development of the agro-processing industries. Therefore, it is quite necessary to explore the efficient operating mode and rational interest allocation mechanism of China’s agro-processing supply chain.Based on the related concepts and theories including agricultural processing, supply chain management and benefits distribution, this paper analyzes the current condition of agro-processing supply chain covering its concept, features, mode and problems. To solve these problems, this paper introduces the third-party logistics and designs a new mode of agro-industry supply chain with a third-party logistics enterprise as the core, and then analyzes the advantages of this supply chain model and gives some implementation recommendations. Finally, considering contribution and risk factors, this paper utilizes a corrected Shapley value method by introducing risk factor to build up the interest allocation model for that supply chain, and gives specific benefits distribution programs, which is proved effective and reasonable for the agro-processing industry supply chain through an example.
