In the context of increasing global economic integration, enterprises increasingly focus on organizational innovation to obtain sustainable development and competitive advantage, but also the team innovation is the key to organizational innovation. In the field of academic study, how to improve team creativity and the research of the team innovation process becomes a hot academic topic for Management and Business management practices. Not only the behavior of individual innovation can influence Team innovation behavior, but also the team leadership and team innovation process can have an impact on the team innovation behavior.From the perspective of the team atmosphere, this article studies the process mechanism of team cohesion and team innovation behavior. Mostly existing team innovation literatures research how team climate for innovation, team structure and team leadership influence team innovation behavior. There is little research the relationship between team creative efficacy and team innovative behavior. This article chooses team cohesion as independent variable, introduces team creative efficacy as a mediating variable, and deeply study its mediating effect on team cohesion and team innovation behavior. To deeply discuss the influence of team creative efficacy and team creative behavior, this article also introduces the support innovative leadership as the Moderator in the process of researching the team cohesion and team innovation behavior.This study chooses the Sichuan manufacturing enterprise’s production team as samples, and209valid questionnaires were collected from the40working groups. Using SPSS statistical software tools, this article gets the following conclusions:1.Team cohesion has a positive effect on team innovation behavior;2.The team creative efficacy has played mediating effects at the process of team cohesion and team innovation;3.The support innovative leadership has played a positive role in the process of regulating team creative efficacy and team creative behavior. In this paper, team creative efficacy plays a partial mediation effect on the relationship between team cohesion and team innovation behavior. On the one hand, team cohesion has a direct influence on team innovation behavior, on the other hand, team cohesion effect team innovation behavior through team creative efficacy. And team creative efficacy has a positive impact on team innovation behavior significantly. This research enriches the factors of affecting team creative behavior and the impacting process and provides a theoretical basis for enterprises implementing team innovation behavior from the factors of team climate, team leadership and team members’ psychological perception.However, this study is based on a specific enterprise, but also the research object is mostly first-line work team and that is the limitations of this paper. Therefore, in the future studies, to study the team innovation process in a kind of industry, the samples can be selected from the enterprises that have common characteristics, expanding the research field from team level organization level, and studying the interaction between team innovation behavior and organization innovation behavior.
