Research On Real Estate Enterprises Core Competitiveness Based On RS-BPNN

Along with the rapid growth of economic and the urbanization level of our country constantly improve, the demand for houses is also in increasing. It also promoted the development of real estate enterprises and have made them become the new growth point of national economy in recent years. Many problems appeared in the process of the rapidly development of real estate enterprise, especially when the capital chain break commonly in recent years. With the influences made by government policy and the external market, especially the accelerate of globalization, the international mature real estate enterprises continue to come into our market, the development of real estate enterprises is faced to a great challenge and at the turning point of development.Therefore, It is necessary for real estate enterprises to improve their own core competitiveness, which is promote the development of real estate enterprises,the healthy development of industry and the level of industry. This thesis have referred to a large number of reference materials and set up RS-BPNN model to evaluate the real estate enterprise core competitiveness. To combine Rough Sets with BP neural network can overcome their own shortcomings, and realize the complementary advantages. It can improve the accuracy and practicality of this model.The research of this thesis is as follows: firstly, this thesis analysis the current situation and problems of real estate enterprises, analysis the current situation and research results of enterprise core competence; Secondly, in accordance with the research of the scholars on core competitiveness, this thesis defined the concept and characteristics of enterprise core competitiveness. And expounds the theory of Rough Set and BPNN, this become the foundation theory of RS-BPNN. Thirdly, set up index system through analysis the influence factors of core competitiveness of real estate companies. Finally, to validate the feasibility of the RS-BPNN model by M company,it shows that the model in this research of real estate enterprise core competitiveness is feasible and have high practical value. It provides the basis for real estate enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness in the future development.
