The Study On Zhejiang Province Marine Industrial Layout: Theory, Praxis,Countermeasure

The constitution and implement of industry policy is an important part of the government economy functions. By the industry programming, the government supports and promotes the development of the goal industry. It is helpful for the optimization disposition of financial resources, improvement of the economy structure and the boost of the country competitiveness. At present, the marine economy has become the economy development hotspot. Both in the Zhejiang Province12th Five Planning and Zhejiang Province Marine Economy Demonstration Zone Project, the development of marine economy is also the clearly goal. In the future, it will be the key part in Zhejiang Province economy. Consequently, how to develop the marine economy has become a pressing problem.The product space is a new method for the industry issues research, which is created by Hausmann, the professor in the Kennedy Government Management School of Harvard University. It is for the measurement of regional industrial development, the location advantages of industry analysis and simulation industry has an important future role. In China, the traditional study of marine economy is stuck in the development of the concept of indicators and simple statistic methods. This study will apply research methods and cytoscape product space network analysis software, and analyze the development of marine economy in Zhejiang province status, historical evolution and empirical analysis of existing problems. It will provide a scientific basis for related policy formulation.
