Analyzed the auto parts industry, the key research is recent years industrydevelopment and enterprise management characteristics, the difficulties onmanufacturing and supplier management. On the basis of previous studies, the paperbuild a ERP system selection process model be suitable for auto parts industry. I buildthe model by simple random sampling methods, and determine the weight of indexesby Analytical Hierarchy Process. Take the ABC company as an example, screen outkingdee k3system and so on, estimate each system by the model built in last chapter.Finally, this paper analyzed the thesis research result, described in detail on the basisof research achievements and shortages, and pointed out the future direction of furtherresearch.By the research of ABC company ERP system selection decision problem, thispaper analysis the index which influence ERP system selection of auto parts industry.Expect to find a useful ERP system selection mode reference for the industry.
