Logistics finance has been widespread by the academia and the business community with its "win-win situation". How to distribute the logistics finance income among the cooperation subjects is a key contradiction problem which play decisive role in financial business.Research how to distribute the logistics finance income among the cooperation subjects has important practical significance. The total revenue generated by the cooperation subjects is to determine, but each of the subjects distributed to the income is uncertain, therefore, in the process of distribution of total income in the subject is bound to the existence of the income distribution game. In the game process in order to get more income, the means of threat will be taken to. The study of income distribution can provide logistics theory to subject, achieve win-win situation, and promote more stable and effective environment of logistics finance business.In this paper, research distribution the total revenue of the logistics financial from the perspective of cooperative games. First, explains the current logistics financial situation,it summarizes the widely used logistics financial operation mode and its business process and operating points, divides all the logistics financial business model into two:one is the three subjects involved in the case, the other is four subjects involved; then analyzes cooperation of the necessity of each logistics financial subject from a practical point, it makes a detailed analysis based on cooperation game logistics financial income distribution in real terms and principles; then according to their real terms and principles, it uses the nucleoli theory, the Nash bargaining solution and the Shapley value initially established the income distribution model in the situation of three subjects involved in the logistics financial business model and the four subjects involved in the logistics financial business model; at last, establish a calculation plus optimization of income distribution program to adjust the distribution program which we call TOPSIS.In this paper we use the method of calculation plus optimization of income distribution to analysis the result of different distribution models, and use the examples of three and four subjects to show the calculation plus optimization income distribution program can be more objective and effective, can reduce the contradictions and controversies of the subject in the distribution of income. It provides a theoretical basis for the practice and development of the logistics financial.
