Since 2009,China's automobile production and sales ranked first in the world,the automobile industry has become one of the important pillar industries of the national economy.However,the real cost distribution of automobile manufacturing industry has a significant deviation from the phenomenon of sensory perception and market rules.In the process of automobile production,more than 90% of the time spent in the parts distribution logistics,if this problem can be solved,will be able to effectively improve the efficiency of automobile production and reduce manufacturing costs.In this paper,the workshop of Hangzhou Bay base assembly plant is researched in detail by using literature research and field research.The study found that there is room for improving the Hangzhou Bay base assembly plant logistics efficiency.The main problem is the staffing,logistics equipment,reservoir distribution,distribution methods and distribution routes five aspects are not reasonable.Based on the theory of lean production,lean logistics theory,Kanban supply theory and SPS supply theory,this paper analyzes the design and optimization of logistics and distribution system of Hangzhou Bay base with the experience of its own work.First,build the internal and external coordination and distribution mechanism;Second,the introduction of Set Parts System;third,according to the optimal programming of linear programming reservoir layout and logistics routes.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization program,it is proposed to set up a project team as the unit of the assessment mechanism,the establishment of a sound logistics information system,the development of emergency response mechanisms and other methods to provide system protection.The optimization scheme of the paper is of great value to improve the logistics distribution efficiency of the loading platform of Hangzhou Bay base.
