Research On Furniture Enterprise's Logistics Cost Control Based On Supply Chain

With the rapid transformation of global economic environment, shorter life cycle of product and the development of the modern manufacturing technology, the competition between furniture enterprise is becoming fierce increasingly. The space of strengthening the competitive advantage will reduce gradually,if the enterprise only reduce the consumption of materials, labor cost and improve the production efficiency.High logistics cost is a heavy burden of furniture enterprise, logistics average of the whole industry is only10%. Faced the firece competition in the whole industry,how to highlight the enterprise's core competitive ability and expand the market share is the pressing problem of furniture enterprise. Therefore,reducing the logistics cost of furniture products production and circulation become the third profit source after the production material and labor, it is fundamental guarantee to improve the enterprise profitability, how to control the logistics cost effectively and implement cost management systematacially is the focus of the enterprise cost management.Furniture enterprise logistics cost was studied.The thesis analyzed the problem of enterprise's logistics cost control systematacially based on the supply chain.Firstly,the thesis based on the theory,described the status of domestic and foreign enterprise logistics cost control;Second,probed into the composition of supply chain logistics system of furniture enterprise of our country,analyzed the structure of furniture enterprise logistics cost, described the meaning and principle of logistics cost control at the same-time;Third, based on the business process of furniture enterprise purchasing stage,analyzed the exiting problems and the composition of the logistics cost of the purchasing process,used the evaluation system of supplier selection, material requirements planning (MRP), the economic order quantity (EOQ) and ABC classification to control the logistics cost in purchasing stage; Fourth, analyzed the existing logistics problem and the structure of the logistics cost in the production stage of the furniture enterprise,achieved the purpose of controlling production logistics cost through controlling the number of production and product process; Fifth, expounded the exiting problems and the composition of the logistics cost in sales stage, distribution cost in sales cost in possess biggest proportion,the second is the packaging cost, transportation cost in distribution costs in possess improtant position,controlled the transportation cost and the packaging cost to reduce the sales logistics cost; Finally,integrated the exiting problem of H furniture enterprises on logistics cost at the present day, discussed the method of H furniture enterprise's logistics cost control from the two keys of purchasing and distribution respectively.This thesis aimed to improve degree of concern of logistics cost control of the furniture enterprise,guided the enterprise set up correct concept of the logistics cost management.Linked with related cases to approved that points were of practical meaning,therefore this paper is also of practical meaning correspondingly.
