In order to meet the requirements of modern agricultural development of tobacco, Liancheng County Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Branch) take active in the construction of modern agriculture development of tobacco. It is of great significance to the achievement of sustainable and healthy development of tobacco-growing areas and construction of new socialist countryside. This paper analyzes some provinces of the modern tobacco agriculture development mode and directions, combined with the tobacco leaf production and modern agricultural construction status in recent years. This passage clearly pointed out development of modern tobacco agriculture city link favorable conditions and constraints, proposed the idea of building a modern tobacco agriculture in Liancheng. The results obtained are as follows:1.
