| Peter Ferdinand Drucker, father of modern management, once said that the future of business is information which plays a pivotal role in a structure. The development of modern information technology is breaking the inherent structure of the world economy rapidly, to re-establish a new order, and to promote its transformation to an information-based economy. The transformation will inevitably change the inside and outside environment of modern enterprises. Companies need to respond to rapidly changing market environment quickly and accurately, to maintain long-term vitality in the intense competition. Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is that most enterprises in information technology reform to pass. ERP is built on information technology, based on systematic, advanced management ideas.ERP is a management platform for corporate management to provide a scientific basis for decision making,it is the cornerstone of enterprise survival and development in the information age.FT Company, object of this study, is a typical manufacturing company. After years of business development, FT Company has gradually developed into benchmark companies in xylitol industry. To enable enterprises to better meet the information requirements of the times, FT Company leaders began the construction of information drastically. This paper began in the ERP, ERP implementation methodology, business process reengineering and other theoretical studies, through the FT's ERP project needs analysis, project planning and implementation process of tracking, through investigation and analysis, interviews and other methods, summary and study FT's ERP project implementation of the results and success factors.Hopefully this article can provide a reference for the upcoming implementation of ERP projects of enterprises, engaged in ERP implementation consulting and training personnel, at the same time, I hope this paper can provide a reference to management information science, project management,and further enrich our the case of corporate management information system.The main innovation of this paper is:a detailed explanation of the xylitol manufacturing enterprise information technology; the company's business process optimization and system implementation closely together, by explaining the business process functions of ERP system various modules; the FT's ERP effectiveness of the application project was qualitative and quantitative assessment. |
