With the advent of economic globalization, the informationization hasbecome one of the important ways for enterprises to improve competitiveness ofmarket, to improve management level, to improve business processes. ERP isvery important in a way in the informatization, ERP as the embodiment ofscientific enterprise management, is the best choice for enterprise managers tothe tireless pursue.Now more and more enterprises try to implement ERP to improve theirinformatization level.This paper makes a deep research on the issue, and combinewith the J company ERP implementation for other groping enterprise to providethe reference sample. In this paper ERP implementation of J company wereintroduced in detail, and it introduces the theory and method of business processmanagement, introduces the general situation of ERP and business processmanagement in J company, and current applications, ERP, ERP-NCimplementation background and overview, and expounds the necessity of ERP-NC implementation. For procurement, inspection and quality, warehousing, salesrelated business about supply chain management launches the research, andanalyze the research situation, finally, combined with the design concept of ERP-NC software itself for procurement, inspection and quality inspection,warehousing, sales, and outbound business to design to complete the integrationprocess that the original fuel from purchasing inventory, factory drawing toproduction, to produce the finished goods, and finished goods warehouse, thefinal product sales outbound business process. After that to evaluate thecompleted design of the business process application effects, and finally from theERP, BPM, combined with the strong support from senior management andpromoting, publicizing and training before the start of the project team, projectcomponents work system construction, from five aspects to analyze thesuccessful implementation of ERP safeguard measures. Through the study of business process management implementation of Jcompany ERP, if want to implement ERP successfully, enterprises must firstintroduce business process management (BPM) theory and method, establish ahighly efficient business process standardization in interior enterprise, whichmatches with the ERP system. As a core part of the ERP implementation, but theimplementation of BPM cannot be isolated from ERP. One important conclusionis that the two must be combined.
