Nowadays, the competition between enterprises, in the final analysis, is the competition of human capital. A every important way to improve effective competition of human capital is training development in enterprise. How to improve training quality through establishing good training mechanism, so as to improve core competition of enterprise, has become the focus point which enterprise care. To search on the innovation of enterprise training mechanism, then solve the problems during process of enterprise innovate training mechanism, which provides the theory instruction and successful case which certain may profit from for the enterprise.In this paper, the author, with whose deep and systematic studies, mainly emphasizes a current training situation and the problems of AHHL group, and combines current operational situation and development strategy founded on the enterprise training elementary theory, moreover, in terms of domestic and oversee enterprises' advanced training mechanism, to design a set of effective and adaptive new training mechanism by re-orienting the training mechanism. With the fundamentally strategic character, the new training mechanism aims at "development mechanism" and "exploitation mechanism" as the main body and lines in study-typed enterprise culture.The paper includes five parts: The first part is the introduction part which includes background of subject, purpose and methods of research, logical structure of paper. The second part is summarization of training theory. It mainly expatiates basic theories, purpose, significance and principle of training, also expatiates the basic content of enterprise training and circs of training mechanism. The third part analyzes current training mechanism of AHHL group, introducing holistic status of AHHL group, human resource management structure, current situation and problems of training mechanism. The fourth part is the innovational design of training mechanism for AHHL group,which includes the orientation of strategic training mechanism, training exploitation mechanism and training development mechanism, the attentive points and advices about putting the new training mechanism in practice. The last part is the summary of whole contents of this paper and gives some further advices.
