In the light of relevant research results and features LG's suppliers, based on LG Electronics to build a new supplier evaluation index system, and its practical application work, achieved better results. Using the analytic hierarchy to establish evaluation index weights, which the quality index weight class should be the first place; in the supplier evaluation process, the use of fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the results of expert scoring, effectively overcome the hierarchy analysis method using a single supply subjective evaluation of the business to effectively ensure the supplier evaluation and selection of science, to improve LG's evaluation of the efficiency of supplier selection and management level. Through the application of LG supplier evaluation system of research, not only for the LG's choice of excellent work closely with suppliers to provide a certain degree of decision-making to achieve the orderly and efficient supply chain operations, reduce operating costs, increasing competition LG products force, in an increasingly tough market environment to become the leader in the electronics industry, but also for other electronics companies supplier selection and evaluation to provide a reference.
