Research On Selection And Evaluation Of Electronics Manufacturing Industry Based On Fuzzy-TOPSIS

Under the economy globalization and fierce competition environment,the competition between different industries become more and more severe,especially for the manufacturing industry,it gains low profit even with deficits.On this occasion,in order to satisfy customer's needs,the company should not only meet product's quality demand,shorten delivery time,reduce cost but also improve service level,so that it can conquer difficulties and face new challenges.As it is known to all,the competition between companies has already turned to the competition between supply chain.To better use and manage suppliers play a key role in the cost reduction,productivity improvement,profits increase and competition enhancement of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a well-structured and scientific supplier management system,which could help company builds up its core competitiveness.As companies continue to grow and expand,they focus more on the management of their core business,and less consider how to reduce costs,how to select suppliers effectively,and how to achieve long-term cooperation and mutual wins with suppliers,thus it consumed a lot of manpower and material resources and resources of the enterprise.With the rapid development and widespread popularity of the Internet,the electronics manufacturing industry has developed rapidly on a global scale.China has the dual advantages of huge market demand and cheap labor cost.For a long period of time,China's electronics manufacturing industry has shown a good momentum of development,meanwhile,it also faces more competition.Therefore,as for the electronics manufacturing industry,it faces the same problem mentioned above.And due to the strong scientific and technological attributes,the subjects of the supply chain are facing higher demands.However,according to the literature research and the actual research from the company,it is found that the supplier selection process and standards in most electronic manufacturing enterprises still use the traditional enterprise supply selection methods,such as the issues of supplier selection process,suppliers' selection evaluation methods are not scientific enough,and the evaluation system is relatively old,which causes the unreasonable situation of supplier selection and sustainable cooperation.This paper studies the supplier selection statues and its existing problems in the electronics manufacturing from the perspective of supplier selection and evaluation,and focuses on the actual situation,analyzes the company's selection statues and its existing problems,which can provide some case supplements to supplier management theory.Combining the characteristics and needs of electronics manufacturing industry with the supplier selection indicators of traditional industry can further improve the supplier selection and evaluation indicator systems with innovation and service capability.Using Fuzzy-TOPSIS method has an advantage in the analysis of qualitative indicators,which can provide the theoretical basis of evaluation in the supplier selection.The results show that the electronics manufacturers pay more attention to the manufacturing level,innovation ability,the quality of raw materials,and services are also part of the considerations.Thus,we prove the effectiveness of the method and provide certain methods and case study support for the future supplier selection and evaluation research,which also exert influence and reference to other related companies.
