In the era of the knowledge economy, the knowledge-based human resources with the knowledge and skills is becoming the most flexible production factors and the most important resource for economic growth.Today,our country is in the period of the economic restructuring,which will be affected by the degree and level of knowledge-based human resource configuration rationality.The Market-oriented Economy was introduced into China in the 1970s.It is so short time that the means of resource allocation based-on the market mechanism is not mature yet,especially in the field of human resource allocation.That has affected the economic development of our country. In recent years,college graduates encounter difficulties of employment,which will bring negative influence for implement powers of Talent Strategy.So, It is necessary to make a further discussion and research on China's college graduate employment.With the market supply-demand theory, the informative linkage the and sharing theory, and the search theory,this paper studies the problems in the process of allocation about the knowledge-based human resources. combining with the actual situation, this paper studies the problems of Graduates unemployment reling on Economics theory and information theory,structures linkage mechanism on Employment information,and put forward suggestions for Solving the problem of unemployment.The studies of this paper mainly include four parts:Firstly,combining the background,we explore the problems existing in the allocation on knowledge-based human resources.Secondly,based on the Economics theory and information theory,we search the Influence factors for knowledge-based human resources allocation.Thirdly,we analysis the benefits of linkage-information mechanism in graduate employment process.Fourthly,we analysis the problems in the course of employment information transmission and establish the linkage model for sharing employment information.
