Since the end of 1980s, we have entered into a "Knowledge Society", represented by America's 110-month consistent economy growth and the rise of Software, Intel, Oracle companies, etc. It is a new stage of social economy after Agriculture Society and Industrial Society, which is a regular pattern and will definitely bring changes to the society and its economic life. We must face it and adjust to it with foresightedness for "only the fittest can survive."Knowledge Economy is labor-concentrated and humanly economy, so Human Resources Development and Management have been more and more important. They have been raised to a strategic position, which can not only provide human resources support but stimulate human's overall development and make them the leader of enterprises development. So it is really important to study the points of Human Resources Management (abbr. HRM). This thesis demonstrates several key points in the Idea Innovation and practice of Human Resources Management under this background in order to give helps to those working in this field.The thesis consists of three chapters.Chapter one is "Reform on Management Concept in Human Resources under Knowledge Economy", the first program introduces the origin of knowledge economy, differentiates Knowledge Economy and traditional Industrial Economy, and defines that Knowledge Companies are the study object. All of which is as a background to this thesis. The second and the third programs stress the Idea Innovation of HRM under Knowledge Economy, which is to illustrate the change of it. Firstly it introduces the thought of ancient HRM and the development of the thought of HRM in the west. Based on which it concludes that "HRM has become the soul of company strategy" to guide those working on this field.Chapter two is "Key Points in HRM under Knowledge Economy ",the main part of the thesis, which illustrates the key point of HRM and their solutions from the prospects of specific practice.HRM is composed of many fields, But some have no specialty in Knowledge Economy, so they are not included, for example, Leaders construction, which is vital important in any kind of social economy. Under Knowledge Economy, three questions are the most important (1) .Basic works .It is the key for Enterprises' scientific solution and improving the HRM efficiency to settle and utilize the HRM system based on the Internet;(2).Education and training management. In which Education and training are even more important, for it decides the value-increasing of human resources, the forming of the central competition of a company. It is the best entering point for the consistent of company aim and its employee aim.(3). The organ of human encouragement. It is an oval center for enterprises management. Furthermore, it is more important under knowledge Economy. The thesis concludes that Salary Encouragement, Stock Right Encouragement and other material encouragement organs should be put forward while the spiritual encouragements should come the second.Chapter three is "problem and Solutions in HRM under Knowledge Economy ", onthe basis of the first two chapters, it relates the challenge to Chinese enterprises under Knowledge Economy and existed problems and suggested strategies with the combination of the Chinese reality, it has a high quality of operation.
