Since reform and opening, multinational companies have turned their strategic objective to China which has huge market, making China become the multinational's gathering place. Due to different traditional culture, their management system which had been efficient operated in the West society has changed. Professor Xu Shuying mentioned that the study of Chinese management must be based on the Chinese context, so as to enrich for Chinese Management Research and to guide management of the Chinese.This thesis on the basis of five factors (Setting an example, Compassionate Care, Sensible state regulation, Behavior consistent, External recognition) that employees'organizational identification perceived channels in China situation, and learning the traditional Chinese idea of yin-yang to build the Perceived channels model.of organizational identification. Then, study on case of SY Company to confirm that the theoretical model have a high degree of fit with the company's management practices and Give advices to improve employees Organizational identification. This paper innovation points on the organizational identity is-based on the theory of Yin and Yang, five elements of the integration of traditional ideas, successful construction in the Chinese context employees organization, enrich the identity perception way identity perception research organization way.This paper is divided into six parts:Chapter I:introduction. Along with the economic development, put forward the China situation the importance of the problem of management; Put forward in organization based on recognition of traditional Chinese culture on rich fusion management theory and guide the practice of enterprise practical significance; And generalizes the this article innovations and the structure, content arrangement.ChapterⅡ:relevant theoretical literature review. Mainly introduces "GuanZi" Yin-Yang and five elements theory development and basic contents and five elements in modern management philosophy thought and the practical significance; Introduced the domestic and foreign organizations identity theory of history and present situation of the development, and distinguish organization identity and organization recognized, organizational commitment, defined in this paper, we study the related concepts.Chapter III:study design. Put forward according to the previous Chinese traditional cultural background staff organization identity perception five factors as the foundation, way according to the factor of the five elements nature and the relationship with the GuanZi Yin-Yang and five elements thought to construct identity perception way employees organization model, and through the interview to explain to SY company carries on the investigation and study.ChapterⅣ&Ⅴ:analyze the organizational identification perceived channels of SY Company's employees. Through visiting and interviewing SY companies, it knows the status which SY Company constructs employees'organizational identification and compares with organizational identity model which based on "GuanZi"Yin-yang and Wuxing idea. In addition, according to organizational identification model which based on "GuanZi"-Yin-yang and five elements idea, it proposes the reasonable proposals to perfect the organizational identification perception approaches of SY Company's employees, such as strengthening the artistic quality of management, reasonable encouraging employees, enhancing communication and preventing the personality cult phenomenon, establishing specialized "assisted living staff committee" to help resolve employee personal life issues, strengthening the flexible management and so on.Chapter VI:Conclusion and Prospect. According to the practice, analysis the SY "GuanZi" Yin-Yang and five elements ideology employees organization identity perception way in the modern enterprise management model was established. But in the process; and the limitation of the capacity by resources, only in SY company proven, persuasive is not strong, and put forward suggestion belongs to the orientation, the implementation feasibility and effect remains to be verified; It also puts forward the future research direction to strengthen the GuanZi Yin-Yang and five elements ideology employees organization identity perception of the model validation and scientific way to its application to more enterprise and industry, strengthen its persuasiveness.
