The iron and steel industry is always one of pillar industries in national economy. It has wide range, high industrial correlativeness degree and huge pulling consumption ability. It plays a significant role in national economic construction, financial revenue, society development and national defense construction. To the name of helping our national enterprises reform, transnational corporations have made a merger and acquisition (M&A) plan to takeover our advantage iron and steel enterprises for the past years. Our government has fully awareness about the crisis behind the glorious output in iron and steel industry, so the State Council deliberates on the adjustment and development plan for iron and steel industry. This plan points out that our government hope to promote the M&A between the iron and steel enterprises, foster the large and super large iron and steel group corporations which have competitiveness all over the worldwide market. How to make enterprises stronger and more excellent, how to make "one plus one more than two" synergy effect come true, they are both related to the financial integration after the M&A. Focusing on our national iron and steel industry, the writer tries to state and analyze the theory on financial integration after the merger and acquisition. She combines with A Iron and Steel Group Corporation to discuss that how to put theory into practice.According to the idea that proposing question, analyzing question, resolving question and then coming to the conclusion, the writer makes use of normative research and case analysis methods to discuss how to realize financial integration after the M&A from theory to practice. After describing the current situation of M&A integration in our national iron and steel industry, the writer proposes main problems during the financial integration process. She analyses targeted problems, and then comes to a conclusion that how to realize financial integration combined with A&B merger and acquisition case from theory to practice. This thesis contains five parts:Part one mainly introduces the background and significant of research, and then generally summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation about financial integration after the M&A; Part two mainly introduces the importance, principle and content of the M&A, the content includes financial management target, financial management system, accounting system, cash flow internal control, performance evaluation assessment system, assets and debts; Part three describes the current situation of M&A integration in our national iron and steel industry, proposes main problems, and then analyses targeted problems during the financial integration process; Part four takes A Iron and Steel Group Corporation for example, analyses and evaluates the key points during the financial integration; Part five mainly introduces the enlightenment, weakness, and expectation of the research.What is the new of this thesis is that combines financial integration contents with the A Iron and Steel Group Corporation case, analyzes and evaluates the effects of the key points during the financial integration process, and then provides the financial integration measures of A Group Corporation to the enterprises which are proceeding or will proceed the financial integration process.
