Study On The Resources Integration And Optimization Of Post-Merger And Acquisition About Icon And Steel Enterprises

From the perspective of core competence combined with the unique characteristics of iron and steel enterprises, they can be divided into strategic resources and specific management functional resources. In this paper, combined with the purpose and characteristics of mergers and acquisitions of iron and steel enterprises, I emphasis resource integration and optimization process for details, put forward specific ideas and solutions.The paper introduce the theories of integration and optimization of resources, analysis the status and purpose of Chinese iron and steel enterprise's merger and acquisition, propose the models of integration and optimization based on competitive resources. From the different points of strategic resources and specific management functional resources, I show the measures and solutions should be taken in the process of integration, analysis the problems in the process of integration and optimization of the iron and steel enterprises, propose specific solutions and coordinated management of ideas. At the end of the paper, as a case of WISCO, I show and analysis specific measures and processes of the resources integration and optimization for details.Based on core competitiveness, the paper draw a conclusion about resources integration and optimization of domestic iron and steel enterprise. The resources of iron and steel enterprises are relatively large, but we should grasp the key of process in integration and optimization.
