Good quality is still the aim of the most business activities in lots of companies although there had taken long terms in the development and practice of the quality management. As one of lots of quality management activities, the project quality management, which is based on the advanced prevention, has become the urgent need of the quality management in the every social fields involved in the automotive industry.Project quality management, which is the interdisciplinary of project and quality management, inherited the process management of project and quality advanced prevention management, meanwhile its special significance cannot be replaced by the common quality management in the activities to meet the customer's requirement. APQP, the standard process of the automotive industry, is one of the typical applications of the project quality management, and it had achieved excellent results in the practices in the automotive industry.The development project of automotive panel's component in UK Corporation is the research subject in this thesis. Based on the analysis result of the current situation and problems in the quality management in the development project of automotive panel's component, this thesis reconstructed the model of the APQP process, put forward innovative the model of the project quality management, as well as the application models and methods in both the robust design and the process capability design, and setup the project quality management system for the development project of automotive panel's component, which had used the theory of zero defects, the quality theory of Dr. Genichi Taguchi and the theory of project quality management and followed the standards and methods of APQP, PFMEA and capability study in automotive industry. At last, there verified the real effect of the practices in project quality management model, robust design and process capability design & improvement in the development project of 500 models.The models and methods, put forward in this thesis, will make a strong sense of inspiration and practicality for the development project of automotive panel's component, and bring the significance and practical value to other development project in automotive industry. |
