Blade is the core part of steam turbine, the quality of blade directly affect the efficiency and reliability of operation of the turbine, environmental and economic benefits. Therefore, the processing of quality control of blade is the key of the turbine.The significance of project quality management of blade is whether the power plant investment, plant project progress and life cycle of product equipment can achieve the desirde goal or not. The quality management of blade processing project directly decides the success or failure of the power plant project. Therefore. The quality management of blade processing project is one of the core project management, the processing of quality control of blade for the power plant project, countries and society has strategical meanings.This thesis is based on turbine blade production project quality management. It is the comprehensive analysis via blade production process and the customer-centered next sequence, problem lead, the data as the basis and project management of factors of human, machine, material, method of blade processing. and the data statistical analysis of critical of the use of equipment, tools, fixtures, measuring methods. Based on analysis and data processing it concludes the the main factors and reasons of the processing quality of blade and then put forward for improving the program and implement. Specific implementation main considers: direct leadership role of blade shop, all staffs participation, the technologies and method of good control of blade processing, the systems approach of mathematical statistics, continuous improvement on blade processing, quick judgments and decision-making factor based on blade processing in the actual on the quality of impact factors, it is the basic idea of organization, leadership and implementation of project quality management of blade process, is the basic to raise the management project management standards of staffs of blade processing project, to achieve organizational performance improvement and to access to continued success.Via project quality management systems, all the processing, service and processing technology of blades are completed with processing, but as the one-off characters of blade processing project, the decision-making process, planning, implementation and acceptance of life cycle is composed of many different processes. Blade machining process is a value added transformation which started from design to the installation. The process of blade design is the starting point and prerequisite. And achieving the ultimate in steam turbine power conversion is the result of blade production processes. To manage the blade process with related blade processing resources and services has advantage of eliminating the barriers between the upper and lower processes and it can be more efficiently to get the high quality blades. The whole process is the systematic identification and management of the production organization process and the interaction. To achieve this process must consider the process capability. Process capability is a system approach, can connect the quality of blade prodution and processing projects with a variety of factors, not only with materials, equipment, processing technology, and environmental factors, also with production organization and each employee's thinking and understanding work attitude, technical quality, management quality and other factors, which the purpose of project quality management is to make these factors under control. So the quality of blade production project management is a system engineering process and must take into account the integrated process capability. Therefore, plant blade shop as organization should focus on project objectives, to know, understand and manage a process consisting of interrelated process capability, through the ability to control the process, to help improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. So project quality management process capability should be referenced management ideas and methods. First of all, to measure and analyze the main process of the first piece of each blade, and calculate the process capability. The development process capability according to the machining parameters of the process of improving the value, once again put the first pieces of processing, the same way straight blade several times until the process of clamping stability, the final results and analysis of data measured again to calculate process capability and take this value as the process of process capability. Then based on input process parameters of the first piece make the capability of balde mass production. Thus, the factors that affect the factors of the quality of processing blades can be controlled before mass production, then ensuring the consistency of , stability of and reliability of blades and slao meet the design requirements of blade. Research analysis and quality management can effectively reduce the production consumption, it provide an effective way for production economics.The thesis is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction describes the guideline of using the project quality management theory in the process of blades, and how to use these management theories in the blade production and processing. Brief description of the management of the main theoretical methods used, and the main factors affecting the quality of blades in the blade processing, so as to make blades meet the design requirements. (Size tolerance requirements of assembly part of blades, the root and connecting parts of R, type line size control in the middle difference). Chapter 2 Quality management design of blade production project A-Blade as the main example, first of all analysis A-Blade WBS, make quality objectives and assurance measures of A-blade processing. At the same time technically assess the blade process (such as precision of cutting tools, precision of machine tools, etc.), risk analysis and forecasting, development precision of of size of blades in experimental processing. To achieve the above requirements develop the preventive measures to ensure the accuracy of blade manufacturing (such as machine status, etc.). According to WBS design and make the formulation and scheduling, allocation and use of resources and a brief description of economy. Chapter 3 Quality analysis and management of blades process is the main measurement and analysis of the resources of processing A-Blade. The machine state (such as spindle runout and accuracy of measurement in feed direction), precision tools, blade processing benchmark measurements and analysis. Processing of the measurement sequence analysis of the data; data related to the above management theory based data processing, the final calculation of process capability. Chapter 4 Analysis of affective factors Mainly based on the data of Chapter III analyze and instruct the preparation of the development of the rectification program. Drawing cause and effect diagram, based on the data analysis to find the main factors affecting process capability. Adjusting and the processing patameters and improving the processing development based on main affecting factors. To do basis work for ensuring the stability of mass production of blades in good quality.Chapter 5 Optimizing quality improvement program Using the calculated process capability value of the third chapter in the quality rectification program, for the A-blade process quality improvement. Confirm process improvement program, in accordance with the improved technology of the first pieces of the trial process. The surveying of the first piece, machine status tracking. Calculate and the correct process capability again. Considering the revised value during blade processing, and finally determine the quality improvement program. Chapter 6 Implementation and control measures What has been done in the first five chapters are prepared to do the work, this chapter comes into the implementation phase. First set up high-pressure blade processing project team, develop a specific time into plan. Based on blade processing according track and deploy the key resources of the blade progress. (In particular, the tool wear track). Blades into mass production. To measure, analyzem improve and control the final quality, to achieve sustained improvement step by step. Conclusion A dynamic blade in the implementation and research of project quality management process. Analyzing and process controlling before blade quality processing, and when blade processing is complete, stating, analyzing, data processing, summarizing, and making the results into the normal process. Providing project quality management process of the blades references, and upping level and quality of project management, and promote integrated turbine blade processing quality.
