Since 1997, Mongolia joined the WTO, import and export trade has entered a rapid growth phase. In recent years, internationalization of the economy and their own reform and change, Mongolian foreign trade economy has shown a high growth momentum. Since the end of 2007 before the financial crisis, economic growth of around 10% per year trend. Since the financial crisis, despite the financial crisis was affected, still made in 2010 GDP growth of 7.3 per cent. Therefore, we can say that Mongolia's economic growth is relatively fast. In which, import and export trade, economic growth brought a larger proportion.In this paper, the status of Mongolian foreign trade to analyze the problems, combined with existing problems, propose appropriate targeted measures. For imported products, raw materials should be transferred to the goods, and increase daily production of basic machinery imports to stimulate domestic processing enterprises and the construction of basic industries, and promote sustainable development; Sixth, we must speed up the import and export trade talents.
